This week I have begun carrying out my audience research. I am asking music magazine readers aged between late teens – 40’s. This is because I think these are the sorts of people who are likely to read my magazine, so they will give valuable feedback that will help me.
This week I have also started analysing 5 front covers, 5 contents pages and 5 double page spread from existing music magazines. Analysing them will help me see what types of features are found on good quality music magazines of similar genre to the one I am making. This will be helpful as I will be able to take inspiration from these for when I come to designing my music magazine.
